ANNOUCEMENT ON THE APPROVAL OF IMPORT AND EXPORT PERMITS FOR AROWANA FISH SPECIES (SCLEROPAGES FORMOSUS) IN THE E-PERMIT SYSTEM

Reference is made to the attached announcement from Department of Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (MAQIS).

Please take note on the following:

1. Please be informed that the exportation of the arowana fish of the species Scleropages Formosus can only be done through three (3) points of exit namely Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Senai International Airport (LTAS) and Penang International Airport (LTAPP) effective from 1st August 2023.

2. The list of permitted entry/exit points for import and export permit applications is per the following:

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 12th January 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
