NOTIFICATION: NEW REQUIREMENT (INCLUSION OF THE MANIFEST REGISTRATION NUMBER) IN FREE ZONE DECLARATION MODULE (ZB1)

The letter from the Port Klang Authority, Ref. No. JZB/600-2/5 Jld.11 (31), is referred.

Please be informed that affective from 1st April 2022, all ZB1 (Import) declarations require to enter the manifest registration number . The above is required for the purpose of checking and validating between the import manifest and the declared ZB1 (Import).

Please check with your respective front end solution provider their front end application as ready to accommodate the requirement before the implementation date.

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI. Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.
