In line with the latest extension of the Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan) nationwide, we would like to announce that our office premises will remain closed until 28 April 2020.

In line with the latest extension of the Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan) nationwide, we would like to announce that our office premises will remain closed until 28 April 2020.

We would like to reiterate our assurance to customers that our services for the National Single Window for Trade Facilitation and related services will operate as usual.

In addition, Dagang Net Careline Number, 1 300 133 133 will operate as normal though customers are highly encouraged to use Dagang Net’s Customer Portal (https://www.mydagangnet.com/), Email (careline@dagangnet.com) and Live Chat (https://www.mydagangnet.com/).

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).
