How can I enjoy the rebates offered for using eBilling? |

It's easy! Just select eBilling as your only billing option when you apply. Effective 1 July 2011, rebates will be reflected in the following month's bill. Depending on your monthly transactional bill amount, you can enjoy rebates ranging from RM2 up to RM30 Note: eBilling subscribers who still wish to receive hard-copy monthly bills are not entitled to rebates. |

If I request for additional copies of bills, do I have to pay extra? |

Any request for additional copies will incur a fee of RM8 per bill effective from 1 September 2011. However, the first hard-copy of the monthly bill sent is free-of-charge. | |||||
