What is eBilling?

eBilling is a value-added web-based billing system that offers a more convenient, paperless solution when receiving and viewing bills. eBilling is open to all Dagang Net customers.

  • How can I enjoy the rebates offered for using eBilling?

    It's easy! Just select eBilling as your only billing option when you apply. Effective 1 July 2011, rebates will be reflected in the following month's bill. Depending on your monthly transactional bill amount, you can enjoy rebates ranging from RM2 up to RM30

    Note: eBilling subscribers who still wish to receive hard-copy monthly bills are not entitled to rebates.

    How do I apply for this service?

  • Step 1 - Log on to www.dagangnet.com/ebilling
  • Step 2 - Click on eBilling and complete the eBilling Registration
  • Step 3 - An email with a new user ID & password will be sent to you. Your account is then ready to be used!

    If I subscribe to eBilling, will I continue to receive hard-copy monthly bills by email?

    Yes, we will continue to send hard-copy monthly bills if you still wish to receive them. Should you wish to not receive hard-copy bills anymore, kindly select eBilling as your only billing option

    If I request for additional copies of bills, do I have to pay extra?

    Any request for additional copies will incur a fee of RM8 per bill effective from 1 September 2011. However, the first hard-copy of the monthly bill sent is free-of-charge.
