Root cause has been identified and technical rectification is underway; further updates will be advised accordingly. We advise applicants to hold off submission of permit applications to Suruhanjaya Tenaga / Energy Commission until technical rectification works has completed.

ANNOUNCEMENT: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI ePCO AND ePERMIT SYSTEM DURING EID Al-FITR 2025

Reference is made to the attached announcement from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI). In conjunction with the 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, the ePCO and ePERMIT systems will be temporarily closed and will reopen for operation according to the schedule below: Date of the Eid Al-Fitr*: 31st March 2025 (Monday) - 1st April 2025 (Tuesday) MITI'S Office: Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak Date and Time of the System Closure: 29th March 2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 am until 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) 7.59 am Date and Time of the System Resume Operation: 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) at 8.00 am
