ANNOUCEMENT: NEW FEATURE IN MYBILLING PORTAL – PAST DOCUMENT

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.” The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.

With reference to the above subject. Please be informed that the New ePermit system will undergo system deployment and will be temporarily unavailable during the following period.
