Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) is currently running a Voluntary Disclosure and Amnesty Program (VA) for company/individual who has tax/duty/levy/penalty/surcharge liable on or before 31 October 2021 to RMCD.

VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE AND AMNESTY PROGRAMME (VA)

Reference is made to the above subject.

Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) is currently running a Voluntary Disclosure and Amnesty Program (VA) for company/individual who has tax/duty/levy/penalty/surcharge liable on or before 31 October 2021 to RMCD.

This program runs as per the following durations:

1st January 2022 to 30th June 2022. (Phase 1)
1st July 2022 to 30th September 2022. (Phase 2)
