UPDATES : NOTICE OF DAGANG NET SERVICE DISRUPTION

There will be a service disruption in Dagang Net’s services from 22:00 hours, Saturday 22 April 2017 to 04:00 hours, Sunday 23 April 2017 to facilitate an urgent preventive maintenance exercise.

We wish to inform you – our valued customers – that there will be a service disruption in Dagang Net’s services from 22:00 hours, Saturday 22 April 2017 to 04:00 hours, Sunday 23 April 2017 to facilitate an urgent preventive maintenance exercise. 

During this six (6) hours scheduled downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  3.    Prepaid
  4.   Enterprise Application Interface (EAI)

 

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1.    plan ahead your activities and transactions

2.    avoid any activities and transaction two (2) hours prior to the downtime
