UPDATES : IMPLEMENTATION OF PERINTAH DUTI KASTAM (PDK) 2017 - ENHANCEMENT OF CUSTOMS DECLARATION FRONT END SOFTWARE

Reference made to our announcement dated 20th February 2017.

Please be informed that the below changes will ONLY effect declaration modules of Customs Form 1 and Customs Form 9 from 1st April 2017;

  1.    Front-end software will no longer validate the Transaction type code;
  2.    Front end software will ensure declaration of importation is in accordance to Special Treatment Code and  Country of Origin code.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For usage of non certified front end software by unauthorized partners, please be reminded of the following possible implications that may incur during implementation of PDK 2017;

  •   Non compliance to authorities’ latest regulation and requirement
  •   Possibility of goods being halted at arrival ports resulting in demurrage charges
  •   Limited support services from Dagang Net Technologies

NOTIFICATION OF ASW GATEWAY DOWNTIME IMPACTING APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 3rd February 2026. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) are temporarily unavailable. During this period, the Malaysian authority has reverted to the issuance of hardcopy Form D until further notice.
