UPDATES : IMPLEMENTATION OF PERINTAH DUTI KASTAM (PDK) 2017 - CUSTOMS DUTY ORDER 2017 (USER GUIDELINE FOR FREE ZONE DECLARATION)

User Guideline PDK2017

Below are some details with regards to implementation of Perintah Duti Kastam 2017.

Purpose

• As a guideline to the users on the implementation of the PDK 2017, involving the usage of 10 digit tariff codes
• To ensure on the uniformity of the implementation procedures for PDK 2017 nationwide

Implementation
(Declaration, assessment and release of Free Zone Declaration)

• All free declarations submission will be temporarily disabled for two (2) hours from 2200 to 2400 hours on 31 March 2017
• All free declarations processing is based on the registration date. All Free Zone declarations prior to 1^st April 2017 and still not processed, the assessment and release will be using PDK 2012 or AHTN 2012.
• In the event there is a technical glitch detected, the fallback procedure will be activated. Kindly refer to Appendix A.
