UPDATE: NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES - RCC KLIA
With reference to the previous announcement, Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) currently experiencing technical issues affecting the Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, KLIACVC, and FTKL communities (K1/K2/K9/Manifest) as well as the nationwide (K3/K8/Permit). As a result, all affected users are advised to revert to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) until further notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update once the technical issues are resolved.
