NOTIFICATIONS FROM JABATAN KASTAM DIRAJA MALAYSIA – BUDGET 2020

We wish to inform you – our valued customers that due to presentation of Budget 2020 on 11 October 2019 (Friday), Customs form assessments will only be done until 14:00hours and will be stopped for two (2) hours until 16:00hours.

All duty payment/taxes release of goods or landing of goods will not be allowed from : 11 October 2019 (14:00hours to 16:00hours) except for perishables and personal hand carry item.

In the event after 16:00hours there are changes to duties/taxes for unreleased goods, Customs Officer reserves the rights to amend in accordance to latest.

NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF HOUSE MANIFEST SUBMISSION FOR COMPANIES UNDER THE CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC EXPRESS CARRIERS (CAPEC)

Reference is made to the above matter. Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has announced that the submission of House Manifest via the Air Manifest System (AMS) by Dagang Net will become mandatory effective 3 August 2026 for companies under the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC).
