NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR THAILAND ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place in Thailand’s ASW environment which will result to Thailand’s ASW Gateway being temporarily down on 21 February 2021 (Sunday) at 6.00 am till 9.00 am on Production environment & 28 February 2021 (Sunday) at 6.00 am till 9.00am on Test environment.

NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR THAILAND ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place in Thailand’s ASW environment which will result to Thailand’s ASW Gateway being temporarily down during the following date and time:

Date Time (Malaysia Time) Environment
21 February 2021 (Sunday) 06.00 am - 09.00 am Production
28 February 2021 (Sunday) 06.00 am - 09.00 am Test

 

During this period, Thailand will not be able to send and receive ATIGA e-Form Ds and its related responses. Normal operation of the gateway shall resume once the maintenance exercise completed.

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 7th December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
