NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR SINGAPORE’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place in Singapore’s ASW environment which will result to Singapore’s ASW Gateway being temporarily down on 9th December 2020 at 9.30am till 15.30pm

NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR SINGAPORE’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place in Singapore’s ASW environment which will result to Singapore’s ASW Gateway being temporarily down during the following date and time:

Date Time (Malaysia Time)
9th December 2020 (Wednesday) 09.30 am - 15.30 pm

 

During this period, Singapore will not be able to send and receive ATIGA e-Form Ds and its related responses. Normal operation of the gateway shall resume once the maintenance exercise completed.

NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF HOUSE MANIFEST SUBMISSION FOR COMPANIES UNDER THE CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC EXPRESS CARRIERS (CAPEC)

Reference is made to the above matter. Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has announced that the submission of House Manifest via the Air Manifest System (AMS) by Dagang Net will become mandatory effective 3 August 2026 for companies under the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC).
