NOTIFICATION : PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE FOR DAGANGNET - MYBILLING

We wish to inform you, our valued customers that there will be a preventive maintenance exercise for DNT’s MyBilling system from Thursday,12 August 2021 (18:00 hours) until Tuesday,17 August 2021 (17:00hours)

During the maintenance exercise, MyBilling shall be accessible to perform the following activities as usual :

• View and download bills and receipts
• View and download unbilled transactions listing
• Make online bill payment
• Update bill payment and upload proof of payments
• Validate and update company profile
• View statement of account

However, please note that the Statement of Account will not be updated with payments made during the above-mentioned stipulated time.
