NOTIFICATION (POSTPONEMENT): IMPLEMENTATION OF ASEAN-HONG KONG, CHINA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (AHKFTA)
Attached notification on the implementation of AHKFTA is referred. Please be informed that the implementation of AHKFTA for Malaysia is postponed to 13 OCTOBER 2019.
- Exporters may continue to submit AHKFTA (CA) application via EPCO system as usual.
- Exporters wishing to export to 6 other ready parties namely; Lao PDR, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, China may submit their application for Preferential Certificate of Origin (Form AHK) starting from 13 OCTOBER 2019.
