NOTIFICATION : ON TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI MALACCA SERVICE COUNTER FROM 27 MAY UNTIL 28 MAY 2021

Reference is made to the attached announcement from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

MITI Malacca Service Counter will be closed from 27th May 2021 (Thursday) until 28th May 2021 (Friday).

In this regard, MITI Malacca Service Counter will resume its operation on 31st May 2021 (Monday). Collection and submission of Certificate of Origin (COO) in PKNM Gallery shall also resume on the same date.

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 3rd February 2026. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) are temporarily unavailable. During this period, the Malaysian authority has reverted to the issuance of hardcopy Form D until further notice.
