NOTIFICATION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCT SPECIFIC RULES (PSR) IN HS 2017 FOR ASEAN-KOREA FREE TRADE AREA (AKFTA)

Reference is made to the Implementation of the Product Specific Rules (PSR) in HS 2017 for ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) from Ministry of International Trade And Industry (MITI).

We are pleased to inform that the implementation of Product Specific Rules (PSR) in HS 2017 for ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) has taken into effect beginning 1 January 2020. In line with this development; please be informed that all Cost Analysis (CA) application submitted from 1 January 2020 onwards will be evaluated under PSR in HS 2017.

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).
