Ref No: DNT/ASW/ATIGA/20201127-001

Dear Valued Customers,

Warmest greetings from Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd.

NOTIFICATION ON CHANGES TO THE EPCO SYSTEM TO SUPPORT FULL UTILISATION OF ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) ELECTRONIC FORM D (e-FORM D)

Reference made to the above subject.

Please be noted that, MITI no longer issue paper-based Form D since 18 March 2020 and all ATIGA Form Ds are transmitted electronically via the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) for Normal, Back-to-Back and Third Country Invoicing except for certain ports in Myanmar.

Currently, companies are required to ensure the ASW box remained ticked for the Form D to be electronically transmitted via the ASW platform to the importing country as shown below:

However, there are cases where the ASW box were unticked by the applicants which had caused unnecessary complications at the importing customs upon clearance of goods.

Please note that, the above function will soon be disabled for applicants, which means the ASW consent box will now be automatically ticked and locked except for exportation to Myanmar, other than port Yangon (MMRGN) and Thilawa (MMTLA) as not all ports in Myanmar are ready to accept e-Form D.

Dagang Net’s is currently updating the ePCO system to implement the above requirement which is expected to take place on 30 November 2020 at around 18:00. The changes will be effective upon the deployment of the solution.

Should you require more information, please reach out to our Careline at 1 300 133 133 or email careline@dagangnet.com.

Thank You
