Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM), KLIA Data Centre, will be carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance activities as detailed below:

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Plan your activities and transactions in advance.
2. Avoid performing any activities or submitting transactions within two (2) hours prior to the scheduled downtime.
3. During the scheduled downtime, please follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure business continuity and proper transaction handling.
