NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR PORT KLANG AUTHORITY - DISASTER RECOVERY EXERCISE

With reference to the attached email from Port Klang Authority (PKA), please be informed that there will be a disruption in eDCFZ services during the following date and times:

I.     Configuration Activity (exchange from production server to DR server - failover).
Date: 12/7/2024 (Friday)
Time: 8.00 pm
Expected downtime: 3 hours.

II.    Configuration Activity (exchange from DR server to production server - fallback recovery).
Date: 13/7/2024 (Sabtu)
Time: 12 Midnight
Expected exchange time: 2 hours.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Avoid any activities and transactions related to Dangerous Cargo or Free Zone two (2) hours prior to the scheduled disruption.
