NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR PORT KLANG AUTHORITY - DISASTER RECOVERY EXERCISE

With reference to the attached email on the announcement from Port Klang Authority (PKA), PKA will perform the activities as per the following details:

Date: 4/11/2022 (Friday)
Time: 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm
Duration: 3 hours
Activities: Configuration Activity (exchange from production server to DR server - Failover).

Date: 5/11/2022 (Saturday)
Time: 12.00 midnight – 2.00 am
Duration: 2 hours
Activities: Configuration Activity (exchange from DR server to production server - Fallback Recovery).

Therefore, please be noted that the eDCFZ system will not be available during the above outage windows. As such, to minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Avoid any activities and transaction (Dangerous Cargo/Free Zone) two (2) hours prior to the scheduled downtime.
