NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR PORT KLANG AUTHORITY - DISASTER RECOVERY EXERCISE

With reference to the attached email on the announcement from Port Klang Authority (PKA), please be informed that there will be a service disruption in eDCFZ services during the following date and time.

1. 1. Configuration Activity (exchange from production server to DR server - Failover).
      Date: 22/12/2021 (Wednesday)
      Time: 9pm
      Expected downtime: 3 hours
   2. Configuration Activity (exchange from DR server to production server - Fallback Recovery).
      Date: 23/12/2021 (Thursday)
      Time: 9pm
      Expected exchange time: 2 hours

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. avoid any activities and transaction (Dangerous Cargo/Free Zone) two (2) hours prior to the scheduled disruption.
