Please be informed that there is technical problem affecting the declarations for Port Klang, Penang, Perak, Kedah and Perlis communities. As such, please anticipate delayed responses for K1, K2, K9, Manifest & Duty Payment.

For Johor, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan users please anticipate delayed responses for K1, K2 & K9.

For urgent declarations, please revert to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from 30 December 2022 (11.00 am until further notice).
