NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES FOR CUSTOMS DECLARATION - KLIA

Due to suspected technical problem at Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), all affected customers please be informed of the following:

All affected customers nationwide, please revert to manual submission for urgent K3/K8/declarations & permit from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

All affected customers submitting to stations at KLIA, FTKL, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan please revert to manual submission for urgent K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/Manifest/Permit and Payment from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

Please be informed that ALDEC Web users are currently experiencing an issue with the "Print Working Note" function. Our team is currently working on a solution and will provide an update once it is available.

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the ALDEC Web system. During the downtime period, ALDEC Web users may experience difficulties accessing the system and will be unable to perform any transactions.
