Please be informed that ALDEC Web users are currently experiencing an issue with the "Print Working Note" function. Our team is currently working on a solution and will provide an update once it is available.

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the ALDEC Web system. During the downtime period, ALDEC Web users may experience difficulties accessing the system and will be unable to perform any transactions. NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF HOUSE MANIFEST SUBMISSION FOR COMPANIES UNDER THE CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC EXPRESS CARRIERS (CAPEC)

Reference is made to the above matter. Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has announced that the submission of House Manifest via the Air Manifest System (AMS) by Dagang Net will become mandatory effective 3 August 2026 for companies under the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC).
