Starting 9 December 2019, The Republic Of The Union Of Myanmar is ready to join the other seven (7) participating member states (Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam)

NOTIFICATION : LIVE OPERATION OF ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) BY THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNION OF MYANMAR

With reference to the attached announcement from Ministry Of International Trade And Industry (MITI), we are pleased to inform that starting 9 December 2019, The Republic Of The Union Of Myanmar is ready to join the other seven (7) participating member states (Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) in exchanging the Electronic Preferential Certificates Of Origin (ATIGA E-FORM D) via the ASEAN Single Window platform.

Exporters from Malaysia will be able to exchange the E-FORM D to The Republic Of The Union Of Myanmar via ePCO System starting Thursday, 19 December 2019.

NOTIFICATION OF ASW GATEWAY DOWNTIME IMPACTING APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 3rd February 2026. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) are temporarily unavailable. During this period, the Malaysian authority has reverted to the issuance of hardcopy Form D until further notice.
