NOTIFICATION : LIVE OPERATION OF ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) BY THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA

With reference to the attached announcement from Ministry Of International Trade And Industry (MITI). We are pleased to inform that starting 1 July 2019, The Kingdom Of Cambodia is ready to join the other six participating member states (Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) in exchanging the Electronic Preferential Certificates Of Origin (ATIGA FORM D) via the ASEAN Single Window platform.

Exporters from Malaysia will be able to exchange the E-FORM D to Kingdom Of Cambodia effective 8 July 2019.

ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CONTROL MECHANISM FOR THE IMPORTATION OF WASTE PLASTIC (HS CODE 3915)

Please be informed that effective from 1 July 2025, the control mechanism for the importation of waste plastic (HS Code 3915) will shift from the issuance of Approved Permits by JPSPN to the Certificate of Approval (CoA) mechanism issued by SIRIM, as appointed by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI).

Please be informed that due to a technical issue with Malaysia’s ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has been disrupted since 8 June 2025.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 15th June 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
