NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF THE THIRD-PARTY INVOICING UNDER MALAYSIA-NEW ZEALAND FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (MNZFTA) SCHEME

Reference made to the above subject.

This is to inform that effective from 1st October 2020 (Thursday), exporters will be allowed to utilise the arrangement of Third-Party Invoicing (TPI) under Malaysia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (MNZFTA).

Please be noted that the complete system in ePCO to cater the TPI implementation will only be deployed once ready and to be made known to the users at later stage. In the meanwhile, please refer to the User Guide available at https://www.mydagangnet.com/ to prepare and apply TPI for MNZFTA.
