NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF RUBBER INDUSTRY SMALLHOLDERS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (RISDA) ORDER (CESS) 2020 FOR RUBBER EXPORTATION

Reference made to the above subject.

This is to inform that Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) under the Ministry of Rural Development has gazetted RISDA CESS Order 2020 as in P.U. (A) 232 effective 1 October 2020.

For the implementation of the order, the CESS rate for rubber exports under code tariffs 40.01, 40.02, 40.05 and 40.06 is set at 10 cent per kilogram and this new rate has been updated in Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK).

Please refer to the attached circular from Royal Malaysian Customs Department and P.U. (A) 232 for further details on code and tariff.

NOTIFICATION – INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be advised that the Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset ON Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 8th September 2024, from 1000 hours to 1700 hours. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
