Form E is now using the previous format and new format will be implemented on a date to be confirmed later.

NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF REVISED HEADING OF FORM E UNDER THE ACFTA SCHEME

Reference made to the above subject, where this is to inform that Form E is now using the previous format and new format will be implemented on a date to be confirmed later.

For applications approved on 11 August 2020 and 12 August 2020, you are advised to print the Form E again for further actions.

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).
