Please be informed that STIDC will implement a new system for permit applications and Timber Industry License applications starting on 1st October 2024.

NOTIFICATION: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW EPERMIT (NEW EPERMIT), AND TIMBER INDUSTRY REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE (TRACE) SYSTEMS ON 1st OCTOBER 2024

Please be informed that STIDC will implement a new system for permit applications and Timber Industry License applications starting on 1st October 2024.

To facilitate this implementation, deployment and migration activities will take place from 27th to 30th September 2024. During this period, STIDC users will have limited accessibility to existing systems for permit and license applications. Please refer to the attached schedule for more details.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, we advise all STIDC users to complete all permit and license transactions by 12.00 PM on 26th September 2024.

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
