NOTIFICATION FROM DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIAN QUARANTINE AND INSPECTION SERVICES (MAQIS)

Please refer to the attached official notification from MAQIS with regards to:

1.    Effective 15th June 2018, applications to add item at ePermit system will be processed within 5 working days.
No applications shall be processed immediately.

2.    All applications are to be submitted with Lampiran 1 and emailed to biedmaqis@gmail.com

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
