NOTIFICATION : ENFORCEMENT OF E-FORM D (ATIGA) AND MITI COUNTER SERVICE OPERATING HOURS DURING THE MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER PERIOD FROM 18 TO 31 MARCH 2020

MITI will start enforcing the utilization of ATIGA E-FORM D for Normal, Back-to-Back and Third Country Invoicing application effective immediately. No manual endorsement of Certificate of Origin will be done for ATIGA E-Form D.

NOTIFICATION : ENFORCEMENT OF E-FORM D (ATIGA) AND MITI COUNTER SERVICE OPERATING HOURS DURING THE MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER PERIOD FROM 18 TO 31 MARCH 2020

Reference made to the attached announcement from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). In order to continue facilitating the industry, MITI will start enforcing the utilization of ATIGA E-FORM D for Normal, Back-to-Back and Third Country Invoicing application effective immediately. No manual endorsement of Certificate of Origin will be done for ATIGA E-Form D.

As for other schemes, the manual endorsement of Certificate of Origin will be available as per below:
- MITI HQ & Regional Offices (Except Melaka Office) – Open from 9.00am – 1.00pm (Weekdays only)
- MITI Melaka Office – Open from 10.00am – 1.00pm (Weekdays only)
