NOTICE ON CLOSURE OF APPLICATION SYSTEMS (ePCO, ePERMIT and TFIS), MITI BUSINESS ADVISORY CENTER (BAC) AND LEVEL 2 MITI CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTERS IN CONJUCTION WITH THE EID-AL-FITR CELEBRATION

In conjunction with the EID AL-FITR celebration, MITI services as follows will be closed:

ePCO, ePermit and TFIS Systems

  • 13 June 2018 (Wednesday) from 13:00hours
  • 14 June 2018 (Thursday) until 18 June 2018 (Monday)

          * Systems will resume operation on 19 June 2018 (Tuesday – 08:00hours)

The Business Advisory Centre (BAC) and Customer Service Counter at MITI Kuala Lumpur

  • 14 June 2018 (Thursday) until 19 June 2018 (Tuesday)

          * BAC and Customer Service Counter will resume operation on 20 June 2018 (Wednesday).

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI. Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.
