NOTICE OF POTENTIAL PROCESSING DELAYS FOR EPERMIT STA SYSTEM DURING EID AL-FITR 2025

Reference is made to the attached announcement from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI). In anticipation of the forthcoming 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, kindly be advised that the processing time for the ePermit STA system may be longer than usual. ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCT SPECIFIC RULES (PSR) UNDER AKFTA (HS 2022)

Please be informed that the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) will implement the updated Product Specific Rules (PSR) under the ASEAN–Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA), in line with the transition from HS 2017 to HS 2022, effective 1 May 2026.
