NOTICE OF OFFICE RELOCATION (OPERATION CENTRE)

We are pleased to inform you that the final migration exercise, involving Dagang Net’s Operation Centre will take place on the 21st November 2020 (Saturday) to our headquarters as per the following address:

As part of this final migration exercise, please take note of the following:

1. The last day of operations at Bangsar South office will be on the 20th November 2020 (Friday).
2. During this migration exercise, the Careline contact number at 1 300 133 133 will NOT be reachable from 1000 hours to 1500 hours on 21st November 2020.
3. As an alternative, assistance can be sought from the following channels during the outage window hours:

4. The Counter Service will be discontinued.
