UPDATES: NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES – NSW

Reference is made to our earlier notification regarding the technical issue affecting the National Single Window (NSW). In response to the ongoing issue, please be informed that all urgent shipments are to be processed in accordance with the manual SOP until further notice. This, however, remains subject to the discretion of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and other relevant authorities.
