There will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from Saturday, 3rd April 2021 (2200hrs) to Sunday, 4th April 2021 (0400hrs) to facilitate a preventive maintenance exercise.

Please be informed that there will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from Saturday, 3rd April 2021 (2200hrs) to Sunday, 4th April 2021 (0400hrs) to facilitate a preventive maintenance exercise.

During these six (6) hours scheduled downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. plan ahead your activities and transactions
2. avoid any activities and transaction two (2) hours prior to the downtime

Reference is made to our earlier notification regarding the technical issue affecting the National Single Window (NSW). In response to the ongoing issue, please be informed that all urgent shipments are to be processed in accordance with the manual SOP until further notice. This, however, remains subject to the discretion of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and other relevant authorities.
