NOTICE OF DAGANG NET SERVICE DISRUPTION

We wish to inform you – our valued customers – that there will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from Saturday, 25 July 2020 (22:00hrs) to Sunday, 26 July 2020 (04:00hrs) to facilitate a preventive maintenance exercise (Firewall Firmware Upgrade).

During these six (6) hours scheduled downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. plan ahead your activities and transactions
2. avoid any activities and transaction two (2) hours prior to the downtime

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 5th July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
