there will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from 22:00 hours, Saturday 13 October 2018 to 04:00 hours, Sunday 14 October 2018

NOTICE OF DAGANG NET SERVICE DISRUPTION

We wish to inform you – our valued customers – that there will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from 22:00 hours, Saturday 13 October 2018 to 04:00 hours, Sunday 14 October 2018 to facilitate a preventive maintenance exercise.

During these six (6) hours scheduled downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

15.   Enterprise Application Interface (EAI)

16.   Foreign Work Permit (FWP)

17.   myCargo2u

18.   Global Interchange Gateway (GIG)

19.   eBilling

 

 

 

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1.     plan ahead your activities and transactions
2.    avoid any activities and transaction two (2) hours prior to the downtime
