Following the extension of Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan) nationwide, we would like to announce that our office premises will remain closed until 12 May 2020.

Following the extension of Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan) nationwide, we would like to announce that our office premises will remain closed until 12 May 2020.

As in previous Movement Control Order phases, our services for the National Single Window for Trade Facilitation and related services will operate as usual.

In addition, Dagang Net Careline Number, 1 300 133 133 will operate as normal though customers are highly encouraged to use Dagang Net’s Customer Portal (https://www.mydagangnet.com/), Email (careline@dagangnet.com) and Live Chat (https://www.mydagangnet.com/).

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
