LIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF eFORM D ATIGA VIA ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW PLATFORM (ASW) BY MALAYSIA

Please be informed that effective 1st Jan 2018, Malaysia will implement Live Operation of eForm D ATIGA via ASW platform. Exporters are encouraged to utilize the e-Form D ATIGA when claiming exemption of import duty under ATIGA scheme for purpose of exportation to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Hardcopy of FORM D is still allowed, only if necessary, else e-Form D ATIGA shall be utilized. In the event of e-Form D ATIGA is fully mandated, Ministry of International Trade and Industry shall announce accordingly.

Please refer to the attached letter from Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
