Please be informed that the ASEAN–U.S. Partnership Program, in coordination with the ASEAN Secretariat, is conducting the 2026 ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Users Survey. The survey aims to collect feedback from users across ASEAN Member States to support improvements to the ASW system.

Who Should Participate:
The survey is intended for ASW users, including exporters, importers, manufacturers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other registered National Single Window (NSW) users.

Please be informed, with reference to the attached circular and our previous announcement regarding the system downtime that began on 1 April 2026, that Malaysia’s ASW Gateway for sending and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operations as of 6 April 2026.
