INDUSTRY SURVEY: TYPE OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PROVE COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 3.18 (TRANSIT AND TRANSHIPMENT) OF THE COMPREHENSIVE AND PROGRESSIVE AGREEMENT FOR TRANS-PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP (CPTPP)

Please be informed that the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) is circulating an Industry Survey: Type of Supporting Documents to Prove Compliance with Article 3.18 (Transit and Transhipment) of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to gather some feedback from the industry on the options preferred by Malaysian exporters in proving their compliance with Article 3.18 (Transit and Transhipment) of the CPTPP.

In ensuring the objective of this survey is met, we seek all ePCO users to participate in the survey via link https://forms.gle/GnLs4RY36VAUBo399. The survey will be closed on Monday, 21 November 2022 at 12.00pm.
