Cyberjaya, 2 May 2024 - Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® Version 3.0 for its Technology and Human Resource functions.

CMMI outlines the capability improvement framework, providing organisations with the fundamental components of effective processes to enhance their operational efficiency.

The renewal appraisal showcases that Dagang Net was operating at a defined level where processes were well characterised and understood, as stipulated in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Valid until 12 April 2027, Maturity Level 3 Version 3.0 indicates Dagang Net’s standard operating procedures have been improved and enhanced over time.

DNeX’s Executive Chairman Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir said the renewal appraisal is a testament to the company’s continued commitment to enhancing the quality output, which in turn, can help improve its customers’ trust and confidence in developing products and services.
