Cyberjaya, 20 October 2022 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has today reinforced its stern stance against bribery and corruption through a Group-wide Corruption-Free Pledge.

The pledge reflects the Group’s continued commitment to uphold corporate governance and preserve the highest degree of accountability, integrity, ethical conduct, and transparency.

Themed “Integrity, Trust, Quality”, the pledge is designed to inculcate corruption prevention efforts within the Group and throughout DNeX’s network of business operations. The theme denotes the Group’s commitment to build trust by incorporating integrity elements in its daily activities and ensuring business conduct is always implemented correctly, contributing toward quality output without compromising integrity.

The pledge was held earlier today at DNeX’s headquarters (“HQ”) in Cyberjaya, Selangor, participated by the Group’s members of the Board and management, employees, and witnessed by Senior Assistant Commissioner Awang Samsul Baharam Bungso, Head of Branch for Private Sector & Government-linked Companies (“GLC”), Community Education Division of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”). Also present was Senior Superintendent Mohd Ridzuan Bahrin, Branch for Private Sector & Government-linked Companies (“GLC”), Community Education Division of MACC.

In addition, the event was streamed live from DNeX’s HQ to its offices, allowing employees Group-wide to participate.

At the event, DNeX’s Corruption-Free Pledge recital was led by Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, Group Managing Director of DNeX.

Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir said the pledge signifies the Group’s renewed commitment and collective testament to adhere and uphold corporate governance and cultivate a corruption-free business environment and ensure businesses are being conducted in accordance with all laws and regulations.

“Such a commitment must be a collective effort involving the Board of Directors, Management and all employees to ensure that the Group’s businesses and operations are being conducted in an ethical, fair, and transparent manner,” he said.

Among key policies operational in DNeX to support corporate governance and ethical business practices are the Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Framework and Policy ("ABAC") and the Whistleblowing Policy.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 15th June 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
