ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATES ON EPERMIT STA SECURITY FEATURES ENHANCEMENT

We would like to inform you that scheduled deployment activities for the ePermit STA system are planned, which will include enhancements to the security features (OTP). Please refer to the attached user guidelines for more detailed information.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. During this period, the ePermit STA service, accessible at https://newsta.dagangnet.com.my/, will be unavailable. The maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, 10th December 2024, from 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM.

Please note the following important information:

• OTP is currently optional and can be enabled by email activation via https://upse.dagangnet.com.my *(Home>Settings> My Profile)
• Starting January 1, 2025, OTP will be mandatory for all users.
