ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE DECLARATION OF AHTN 2022 FOR THE APPLICATION OF ATIGA COST ANALYSIS AND PROOF OF ORIGIN

Reference is made to the attached announcement from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

Please to inform that the implementation of ATIGA Product Specific Rules (PSR) ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2022 (i.e., for the purposes of exports) will enter into force for Malaysia on 10 April 2023. Pursuant to this, the ATIGA Cost Analysis and Proof of Origin applications through ePCO System will indicate AHTN 2022.

SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTIFICATION: ALDEC WEB

During the downtime period, ALDEC Web users may experience difficulties accessing the system and will be unable to perform any transactions. NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF HOUSE MANIFEST SUBMISSION FOR COMPANIES UNDER THE CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC EXPRESS CARRIERS (CAPEC)

Reference is made to the above matter. Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has announced that the submission of House Manifest via the Air Manifest System (AMS) by Dagang Net will become mandatory effective 3 August 2026 for companies under the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC).

RESUMPTION OF SERVICE: SYSTEM ACCESSIBILITY

Please be informed that the accessibility issue affecting the Electronic Preferential Certificate of Origin (ePCO) and eManifest (Web) has been resolved. The systems are now operating normally.
