ANNOUNCEMENT ON ePCO NEW ENHANCEMENTS

This is to inform that ePCO will be enhanced with new features with the main objective to increase the security and speed of COs issued

ANNOUNCEMENT ON ePCO NEW ENHANCEMENTS

This is to inform that ePCO will be enhanced with new features with the main objective to increase the security and speed of COs issued by incorporating:
1. Electronic Signature & Seal
2. QR Code
3. Real-time approval for COs where your COs will be approved within seconds
4. Expanded for Importing Country Authority’s access to allow faster verification process
5. Others

For full details of the new features, kindly refer to the info pack HERE.

The new enhancements will be made available on 14 September 2020 where the scheduled downtime on 14 September 2020 will be as below:
1. ePCO – 8.00 am to 9.00 am
2. Customer Portal – 9.00 am to 10.00 am

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:
1. Plan ahead your activities and transactions
2. Avoid any activities and transactions two (2) hours prior to the downtime

ANNOUCEMENT: NEW FEATURE IN MYBILLING PORTAL – PAST DOCUMENT

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.” The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.
